Warranty Policy
We guarantee to provide warranty service for medical devices as follows:

Main Units: Covered for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery or installation completion (if installation is required).

Accessories: Covered for six (6) months from the date of delivery (excluding disposable accessories).
Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional cost during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions

Disposable accessories are not covered under this warranty.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance is not covered.

Any repairs conducted by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty.

Repair of Products is to be performed only by Omnicare or the authorized services team. Any unauthorized repair work may, at Omnicare's option, void the warranty.

Omnicare's warranty coverage is limited to defects occurring under normal usage conditions for the purchased product. Any malfunction caused by improper use or other user-related issues will not be covered under the warranty. In such cases, the consumer will be responsible for any repair costs incurred, including labor and replacement part costs, even if the repair takes place within the warranty period.
